k, can the lovely people of Tumblr please stop bitching about Baz Lurhmann fucking up the the film. he is an innovative cinematographer, and what he does is creative and unique. and since when has any film been as good as the book. Fitzgerald was such a gifted writer, and his words touched our hearts in ways we cant explain.. but can we please all keep that in the back of our minds and admire Lurhmann, be proud that he is an Aussie, and be fond of the cast. Stop your judging, it hasnt even been released yet.
